Lifetime*

Everything that we build at Timber Alchemy Design is made to last. Starting from the design of our pieces to the materials and traditional joinery and other construction techniques used to hold everything together. With that we offer a lifetime warranty on defects arising from the manufacturing process. This would cover a weld that fails, a joined board that splits etc. What is not covered is damage from improper use or just regular wear and tear of a piece, ie. water spotting, dented or damaged surfaces, etc. Timber Alchemy Designs has final discretion over what constitutes as a manufacturing defect, but with that said please reach out to us if something is damaged outside our warranty policy, we can work with you to get it repaired and as good as new!

*Lifetime is defined as the original buyers lifetime, or 100 years, just in case we cure aging in 2041..
